IT:

  • High degree of experience of working with Mac, Windows and Linux platforms.
  • Asset creation software including Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Studio.
  • Skilled in technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript. Experience with a number of Content Management Systems and social media platforms.
  • Online video streaming, conferencing and distribution.

Audio/Visual:

  • Data projector and flat-panel screen installation and maintenance.
  • Media art installation design and realisation.
  • Skilled in the operation of audio equipment including amplifiers, speakers, microphones, mixing desks and PAs.
  • Skills with a range of digital video asset production, playback and display equipment including digital video cameras, stills cameras, DVD and Blu-Ray players, digital and analogue screens and data projectors.

Exhibition installation and art handling:

  • Knowledge and practice of safe contemporary art handling and storage techniques.
  • Exhibition display design and installation, picture hanging.
  • Construction, painting and decorating.
  • Exhibition lighting.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety best practices.

Organisation and project management:

  • Management of freelance contracts, setting budgets and keeping accurate financial records.
  • Maintaining relationships with artists, curators, clients and other project stakeholders.
  • Project planning and administration of exhibition and educational programmes.
  • Project evaluation.
